Fixed

  • Windows installer (silent mode): postinstall no longer hangs on the API key dialog when invoked via /S (e.g. CI smoke tests, automated rollouts). NSIS now passes -Silent to the script, which short-circuits before loading WinForms.

This unblocks the v0.18.12 fix for PATH registration, which never produced a Windows build because the silent CI smoke test hung.
