CONTRIBUTING.md — the contributor guide the landing and README have linked to all along now exists: setup, project map, the hard security/no-build rules, testing tiers, the two-registry walkthrough for adding a scan source, the ×16 i18n contract, commit/PR conventions and the release process.
Language flags on the landing — the cvstart.org language switcher, the footer language grid and the "read in your language" banner now show each locale's flag next to its endonym (same regional-indicator set as the app's language <select>; degrades to region letters where flag glyphs are missing).
Landing footer fixes — the dead Discussions link (the feature is not enabled on the repo) now points to the project wiki, and the footer credits the author: Sergey Emelyanov (sergey-cv.com · LinkedIn).
