fix(i18n): NEW-D1 — #/pipeline H1 localized on es / pt-BR / ru + 2 stray RU title leaks fixed (contacto.title, health.title). v1.58.36 audit caught the H1 of #/pipeline rendering the literal Pipeline on es/pt-BR/ru while their sidebar items (Vacantes / Vagas / Воронка) were properly localized — promise-fidelity gap with the closed v1.58.18 I18N-011 doctrine (page H1 must match the sidebar term). Updated pipe.title in public/js/lib/i18n-dict.js: es → Pipeline de vacantes, pt-BR → Pipeline de vagas, ru → Воронка вакансий. New static guard tests/i18n-no-latin-leaks.test.mjs (parses the consolidated DICT, asserts no Latin-only *.title value on ru/ja/ko/zh-CN/zh-TW outside a small whitelist of proper nouns / acronyms / product names). The guard immediately caught two additional stray RU leaks beyond NEW-D1: contacto.title (was LinkedIn outreach → Касания через LinkedIn) and health.title (was Health → Состояние) — both shipped under the same fix. 928 → 930 unit. (NEW-D1)
