fix(ux/naming): UX-D-C — top-bar Quick scan renamed to Open Scan so the label matches the actual behavior. v1.58.36 audit: "Quick scan" implied an instant scan with sensible defaults, but the click handler at public/js/app.js only navigates to #/scan — no scan starts. Renamed via the top.quickscan i18n key in all 8 locales (en Open Scan / es Abrir Scan / pt-BR Abrir Scan / ko Scan 열기 / ja Scan を開く / ru Открыть Scan / zh-CN 打开 Scan / zh-TW 開啟 Scan). HTML default text in index.html updated to match. Behavior unchanged; only the label honesty improved. 940 → 941 unit. (UX-D-C)
