docs(readme): UX-A8 (v1.58.61) — first-run cleanup section added across all 8 READMEs. Fresh clones of career-ops include two QA fixture URLs (example.com/qa-fixture-*) in data/pipeline.md so the test suite can run hermetically; the README never documented this so first-time users mistook them for real jobs. New ## First run — clean state section (mirrored in es / pt-BR / ko / ja / ru / zh-CN / zh-TW) instructs make clean-test-fixtures && npm start before the first scan. Lock-test in tests/qa-report-fixes.test.mjs verifies all 8 READMEs reference make clean-test-fixtures and qa-fixture-*. 956 → 957 unit. (UX-A8)
