feat(scan): live % progress + per-source detail in the #/scan console. The progress bar is now determinate — scanners emit progress events (EN: per company; RU: per query) forwarded over SSE, and the bar fills with a live "Scanning… NN%" label (animated indeterminate stripe only until the first event). Each source's first failure (timeout / 403 / network) is now logged to the console in detail (e.g. ⚠ hh timed out: …), then repeats are suppressed. 1 new test; suite 1040/1040.
