docs: full documentation parity for the v1.75.0 scanner aggregators across all 12 locales. No code change — brings the user-facing docs in line with the seven sources that landed in v1.75.0:

• Help guide (12 locales). §5 gains a content_filter block (description/snippet keyword gating, sibling of location_filter) and an aggregators note; §7 lists the seven new sources in the one-click-scan sweep and the full Source dropdown enumeration; §17's adapter count is corrected from the stale "11 adapters" to "19 adapters — 14 English + 5 Russian". No ##/### heading was added, so the gated 19 H2 / 75 H3 structure is unchanged.
• README (9 full locales). New "Aggregator boards (v1.75.0)" bullet under the scan sources, plus the release badge bumped to v1.75.2. (The abbreviated pl/uk/ar READMEs have no per-source list and are intentionally untouched there.)
• Reference docs. docs/portals-examples.md gains a copy-paste "Aggregator boards" section with accurate provider: / <provider>: config blocks for all seven; docs/PROJECT.md updated to 19 adapters; docs/sdd/CONVENTIONS.md documents the two-registry distinction (sources/registry.mjs for the dropdown vs portals/registry.mjs for fetching), the provider:-based aggregator selection threaded as opts.company, the scan-write sanitizer (scan-sanitize.mjs), and the v1.75.1 test count (1190).
• QA. Added qa/QA-REGRESSION-PROMPT-v1.75.2-FULL.md — the full-surface release-gate driver, refreshed for the v1.75.x scan-aggregator cycle.
