NoDesk scan source (parent career-ops v1.15.0 parity). The board-wide NoDesk remote-jobs RSS feed is now a first-class scan source — add a provider: nodesk entry and it appears in the #/scan Source dropdown (41 adapters total: 36 EN + 5 RU). Host-pinned to nodesk.co with redirect:'error' (SSRF-safe); titles split on Role at Company (NoDesk has no location tag, so location stays empty); all rows remote. Ships a CI-isolated tests/sources-nodesk.test.mjs suite; full unit suite green at 1523.
