Repost / ghost-posting detector (parent career-ops v1.15.0 parity). A new 🔁 Reposted / ghost roles panel on #/scan flags company+role clusters that were re-listed under different URLs within a rolling 90-day window — a signal of stale pipelines and ghost postings. Backed by a fuzzy role-title matcher (server/lib/role-matcher.mjs) and a read-only detector (server/lib/detect-reposts.mjs) over data/scan-history.tsv, surfaced via GET /api/scan/reposts (window clamped 7–365 days; fail-soft on a malformed history). Also: /api/health parentVersion now reports just the semver — the release-please # x-release-please-version comment is stripped. Ships tests/detect-reposts.test.mjs. (Source count unchanged at 41 — reposts is an analysis feature, not a new board.)
