Simplified the onboarding trees so agents do not waste effort to find relevant onboarding.
Prior the onboardings were split by functional surfaces within a repo. However that introduced too
much friction. Therefore trees shall now mimic the code ones 1-to-1.
The AGENTS.md also got tuned to enforce drift detection and onboarding file updates before starting a task.
