Summary

Onboarding trees now mirror repository structure 1‑to‑1, reducing effort.

Full changelog

Simplified the onboarding trees so agents do not waste effort to find relevant onboarding.
Prior the onboardings were split by functional surfaces within a repo. However that introduced too
much friction. Therefore trees shall now mimic the code ones 1-to-1.

The AGENTS.md also got tuned to enforce drift detection and onboarding file updates before starting a task.
