Mog SDK v0.7.1

This release publishes the public SDK packages from the large dev → main integration in #9: XLSX fidelity, compute hardening, and spreadsheet app polish.

Highlights

• Major XLSX import/export fidelity improvements across package ownership, relationship closure, pivots, charts, drawings, slicers, timelines, rich data, VBA preservation, styles, validation, comments, themes, and round-trip coverage.
• Spreadsheet app polish for ribbon visibility, contextual chart/pivot/picture tabs, clipboard and paste behavior, formula entry, filters/tables, sheet protection, selection, rendering, and dialog workflows.
• Compute and kernel hardening for formula accuracy, circular reference validation, pivot materialization, table/filter behavior, storage and scheduler internals, sheet copy ID collision prevention, and Yrs/collab module splits.
• Public contract and bridge cleanup across generated compute bridge/types, rust-bridge codegen, API/type surfaces, and Rust/TypeScript test organization.
