VG202 regex bug fix — pinned Dockerfile tags (node:18.13.0, node:carbon, node:24 AS installer) no longer flagged as untagged. VG863 (package.json missing files field) now recognizes env-prefixed start scripts (NODE_OPTIONS=... node app.js). VG678 (X-Content-Type-Options) narrowed to actual file-serving paths — no longer fires on plain res.send(json) or res.send(text).
