Summary

AI summary

New --full CLI flag bypasses output-size caps for audit and scan commands.

Full changelog
  • New `--full` CLI flag for `audit` and `scan` commands — bypasses the MCP output-size caps (50 findings JSON / 30 markdown / 200-file taint cap) so large repos return the entire finding set on the terminal. Useful for debugging and CI artifacts where MCP token budget doesn't apply.
  • Default behavior unchanged — without `--full`, all caps remain in place to keep MCP responses within Claude Code's token limits.
  • No baseline regressions; self-audit still PASS / A / 100; tests 1348/1348 pass.
