Summary

AI summary

Explain command for VG010 now correctly reports SQL injection details.

Full changelog
  • Pre-commit hook + GitHub Actions workflow now version-pinned at install/generate time. Re-run hook install / ci github to upgrade existing pins (same flow as init since v3.1.2). CI workflow also drops the guardvibe-scan bin alias in favor of npx -y guardvibe@<v> scan for reliable resolution.
  • explain VG010 now talks about SQL injection. Two metadata entries (VG010 / VG002) had their exploit and audit strings swapped, so the SQL injection rule was returning auth-bypass remediation language. Per-rule breaking-risk and test-strategy buckets in explain-remediation corrected to match.
  • Tests 1465 → 1476 (+11 covering hook upgrade flow, CI pin upgrade, VG010 explain regression).
