hail tail call-transcript display overhaul: turns render as [hail] / [human] (was [agent] / [user]); pickup speech that AMD attributes to a machine renders as [machine] with a plain-language [amd] verdict line ("answered by a machine (phone menu)") instead of payload JSON; silent seconds render as timestamped dim [wait] . lines (gaps beyond 10s compress to three dots plus a duration); and --id now accepts a bare call UUID or a 4+ char hex prefix (hail tail df10f471), resolved like git short hashes.
