Better logging to diagnose missing translations

Added info-level logging throughout the translation pipeline to diagnose why target elements might not be written to XLIFF files. The logs now show:

  • How many translations were received from the API
  • How many units have targets at each merge stage
  • How many trans-units were found in the XML
  • How many were actually updated with translations

Run the action and check the logs to see where the translations might be getting lost.
