Full changelog

Tooltip no longer overlaps the pinned ticker when the content is taller than the space above the widget. It now repositions to the left (or right) of the ticker instead of being clipped against the top of the screen. (Thanks to my own first-run testing on a smaller monitor for catching it.)

SmartScreen first-launch workaround — the README now explains the "More info → Run anyway" path Windows requires for unsigned binaries. (Code signing is on the wishlist; certs are pricey for a hobby project.)
