New Feature: Exact Whole-Word Search with Quotes

Wrap a search query in double quotes (e.g. "burger") to switch tab search from fuzzy matching to exact whole-word matching.

"burger" matches complete words/phrases only — tasty burger, BURGER (case-insensitive), and URL-delimited hits like shop.com/burger/menu
Subsets are rejected: no match for hamburger, burgers, bu, or bu rger
All whole-word occurrences are highlighted
Unquoted queries still use the existing fuzzy search
Search placeholder now hints at the feature
