Noosphere now ships a unified, review-gated Living Skill registry for coding agents.

Living Skill Tree is the default GitHub Pages experience; the original 3D universe remains available as a secondary view.
13 foundational engineering Skills are available as immutable 1.0.0 releases in the shared registry.
Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Cline, Windsurf, and other MCP clients discover the same live Skill source instead of plugin-bundled copies.
Skill reads support 30-second registry refresh and explicit force refresh for near-real-time version discovery.
Community publication now requires canonical evidence reconstruction, independent publisher agreement, shared executable verification, maintainer approval, digest pinning, and reviewable rollback.
