Noosphere now turns plugin installation into an automatic debugging behavior instead of requiring a manual query first.
- Codex implicitly invokes one
using-noospherecontrol Skill for concrete software failures. - Claude Code loads the same byte-identical control protocol and restores it through a bounded
SessionStarthook after startup, resume, clear, and compaction. - Dynamic engineering Skills remain in the review-gated live registry; the plugins do not bundle static fix copies.
- Agents discover applicable releases, verify exact SHA-256 digests, check local applicability, and run real project verification before claiming success.
- Anonymous read-only discovery requires no GitHub token. Public memory and Outcome writes remain authenticated and require explicit user consent.
- English and Chinese first screens now lead with install-once Agent activation while preserving manual query, deterministic validation, the Android App, and the 3D universe as secondary entry points.
