Root CLI version reporting now matches the installed package - the packaged CLI manifest now uses the martin-loop package version, so npx -y [email protected] --version reports 0.3.6.
Release guard now checks root/version parity - root release validation fails if the vendored CLI manifest version drifts from the root package version again.
