Klimkit 0.2.1 is the skills-first reset: the repo now publishes a Vercel Skills CLI-compatible root skill library for Codex workflows, setup, priority-ranked plan grilling with auditable question triage and recorded decisions, diagnosis, TDD, walkthrough proof reports, report serving, and isolated worktree stacks, while the old Switchboard/runtime/plugin machinery has been moved under deprecated paths for reference instead of being the default path. This release makes install and upgrade flow through standard skills distribution, keeps operator-scoped .klimkit state as the default, and includes a fresh-container Codex smoke test proving the skills can be installed and used on a clean machine.
