The DMG installer window now uses Megaphone's dark liquid-glass background instead of the broken FreeFlow artwork with clipped text.
The setup welcome card now shows the Megaphone maintainer's GitHub avatar instead of a hardcoded upstream avatar.
The API key step in setup is now clearly optional and skippable — transcription is fully on-device, and the key only powers AI cleanup and app context. Megaphone dictates fine without one.
