The API key step is gone from setup entirely — Megaphone works out of the box with on-device transcription. An LLM key for optional AI cleanup can still be added in Settings.

The Accessibility setup step no longer hard-blocks: it explains that macOS can pin a permission grant to a previous version of the app (remove Megaphone from the Accessibility list and re-add it), and adds a "Continue anyway" escape hatch. Same for Screen Recording.
Releases are now signed with a persistent signing identity instead of ad-hoc, so macOS permission grants (Accessibility, Microphone, Screen Recording) survive app updates. One final re-grant is needed when updating to this version.
