Get Started CTA reworked

• The hero "Get Started" button now links directly to the Chrome Web Store listing (the extension is live):

• The button icon is now dynamic -- it matches the visitor's current browser:
  • Chrome / Chromium / Brave -> fa-chrome
  • Edge -> fa-edge
  • Opera -> fa-opera
  • Firefox -> fa-firefox-browser
  • Safari -> fa-safari
• Detection is SSR-safe (defaults to fa-chrome during prerender so the static HTML still renders the right icon to crawlers).

Documentation hygiene

• Root README.md, extension/README.md, and store listing copy refreshed from v0.9.50 -> v0.9.60.
• Showcase Angular APP_VERSION (auto-generated from manifest.json) follows the extension version, so the footer, JSON-LD, and SEO crawler files all reflect 0.9.60.

Implicit milestone sync

• About / Support copy refreshed earlier in the milestone (Phase 223) when Remote Control was consolidated into Sync (Beta).
• Dashboard metrics wire-up (ext:metrics WebSocket channel: MET-01..05, MET-08) is reflected in the showcase dashboard mirror.
