Fixed

  • SQLite backend switch no longer fails with No such file or directory: entries.json when another process (for example the MCP server) still had a stale in-memory config cache after migration.
  • Config cache now reloads from disk when config.json changes, and storage backend resolution falls back to SQLite when entries.db exists but entries.json was migrated away.
