Attempt memory records attempt id, intent id, agent id, statuses, exit code, confidence, changed files, commits, and trace reference.
Successful attempts are high confidence; failed attempts are advisory confidence.
Attempt memory uses source-based deduplication and is searchable via ait memory search.
