This release makes first-screen guidance quieter and more direct.

  • Put install-version conflicts at the top of text ait status and ait status --all, before agent-wrapper details.
  • Keep install-conflict repair steps in one top-level Next: block, then leave the detailed install inventory under AIT install.
  • Move regular ait init text output to: AIT initialized, installed wrappers, Next:, then detailed repo/state/memory/policy information.
  • Preserve JSON fields for automation.

  • npm --prefix npm/ait-vcs test -> 3 passed
