Reconcile ignored and untracked local artifacts before accepted attempt worktrees are cleaned.
Keep risky local env files pending with worktree retention instead of silently deleting them.
Copy low-risk local settings such as .vscode/settings.json when safe.
Add additive local_artifacts JSON reporting for land results.
