Settings page error on ?tab=offsite|remote|storage: the legacy tab-name redirect was firing too late (inside the view, after the layout had flushed output) and threw a "Cannot modify header information" error. Redirect moved into the controller, before any output starts.
Schedule plan — Run Hours respects 24h time-format preference (#287): hour-picker buttons render 00–23 for users with 24h preference; AM/PM mode unchanged.
