Expands the installed workflow model with a new Truth Document surface for documenting existing implemented behavior without changing functional code.

  • Generate Truth Document surfaces for:
    • Codex
    • OpenCode
    • Claude Code
    • GitHub Copilot prompts
    • Gemini CLI commands
  • Update truthmark init scaffolding to include the new workflow surfaces and docs/templates/feature-doc.md.
  • Remove the old TRUTHMARK.md scaffold from init output and docs.
  • Refresh managed instruction blocks and workflow guidance for AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, GEMINI.md, and Copilot.
  • Rework truth routing into bounded area files for contracts, init/scaffold, check/routing, installed workflows, release automation, and repository docs.
  • Add release automation documentation and update architecture, feature, standards, README, and localized README docs.
  • Improve path handling around missing symlink targets.

Breaking Changes

  • Removes the legacy `TRUTHMARK.md` scaffold from init output and docs.
