  • PATCH retry: api-client.ts PATCH method now uses fetchWithRetry — budget updates and alert acks had zero retry on failure
  • Microcent math: attribution.ts division fixed from /1_000_000 to /100_000_000 — costs were displaying 100× too high
  • Model pricing: Added claude-sonnet-4-20250514 entry + fixed alias pointing to wrong model
  • Upgrade justification: Fixed tier name ("Free" → "Starter"), typo, broken breakeven formula, unused variable
  • smithery.yaml / server.json: Version and description aligned
  • README.md: Replaced fabricated tool names with actual 23 registered tools, corrected counts and examples

All 295 tests pass.
