PROXY protocol v1/v2 support on the SMTP listener (#663) — the capability that unblocks the HAProxy blue/green deployment (server/web/MCP/prober images carry the org.e2a.smtp-proxy=v1 label). Also includes SDK client parity (#661), MCP contract fixes (#659/#657), and API/doc hygiene (#658).

Note: SDKs are published on separate ts-sdk-v*/python-v* tags; the CLI publish no-ops if cli/package.json was not bumped.
