Hotfix release fixing Windows-only test failures from v0.4.3.

Fixed

  • Windows path-separator tests: core-logic.test.ts and init-brand.test.ts now build expected paths with path.join / path.sep instead of hard-coded /.
  • Tolerate Satori WASM failures: tools-coverage.test.ts "api mode renders the Satori template end-to-end" now accepts a thrown error — satori + @resvg/resvg-js ship as optional deps and can fail to load on Windows and alpine-musl runners.

All 475 tests pass on macOS, Linux, and Windows.

No code changes to production source — this is a test-suite-only fix.
