  • add_document_tool — Expose branch, include_patterns, and exclude_patterns for GitHub repo indexing (e.g. include_patterns=["*.md", "src/**/*.py"]).
  • Docstrings — Add Parameters sections to all tools for consistent Cursor hover popups.

Docs

  • README — New MCP Tools Reference section covering all four tools and both resources (pinrag://documents, pinrag://server-config). Add file_path to query filters. Remove Development section.
