Replace shields.io badge with badge.fury.io for the PyPI version. Shields.io aggressively caches behind Cloudflare (3h max-age, ignores cacheSeconds=0), causing the badge to show a stale version on both GitHub and PyPI after every release. Badge.fury.io serves with cache-control: no-store, so the version always reflects the current PyPI state.
