Trims the optional ANTHROPIC_API_KEY and PINRAG_YT_VISION_ENABLED entries from published server.json environmentVariables; both remain documented in the README and notes/env-vars.example.md.

  • server.json — Marketplace env list again lists only OPENAI_API_KEY and PINRAG_PERSIST_DIR (plus package version bump for PyPI and registry sync).
