Full changelog

Cold-only project tree was unusable at boot. When every
project's most recent session was older than today (e.g. after a few
days away), the tree showed just a "N cold" summary row with no
selection and j/k were silent no-ops. The cold group now expands by
default and the boot selection lands on the cold-group sentinel so
navigation works immediately.
