Changes

  • Summary-only injection blocks — fact injection blocks now omit raw value JSON, surface summary only. Reduces per-turn injection token cost.
  • Recency tiebreaker in observe sort — equal-confidence facts now ranked by recency. Newer session facts beat stale historical facts.
  • Memory attribution accuracy — secondary check: ≥2 content tokens (>5 chars) from injected summaries matching the response scores the injection as used.
