- Agent Mode now has a kanban board for your Sessions. (Cmd+Shift+K) with keyboard navigation, collapsible columns, session peek, and drag-drop between phases. You're agent even helps with tagging.
- System tray menu shows session status with click-to-navigate and dock badge for sessions needing attention.
- Support for custom Claude executables
