Installer consistency fix

HollowAgentOS.bat was referencing qwen3.5:9b-gpu while install.ps1 pulled qwen3.5:9b — mismatch caused a redundant model download on first run
Normalized to qwen3.5:9b everywhere (Ollama uses GPU automatically regardless of tag name)

Launcher

Double-click install.bat for a clean install (handles Docker, Ollama, model download, stack startup).
Double-click HollowAgentOS.bat if already set up.
