Setup wizard — end-to-end for new users

Double-click install.bat, answer a few prompts, and agents are running. The wizard now handles Docker Desktop, Ollama, model downloads, and container startup in a single guided flow.

• Security warning shown before setup begins
• Docker auto-start — if Docker is installed but not running after a restart, the wizard launches it automatically and waits with a live countdown instead of quitting
• WSL2 restart handling — if Docker needs a Windows restart to finish WSL2 setup, the wizard tells you clearly and resumes cleanly on re-run
• Model pull progress — download progress streams live instead of showing nothing for several minutes
• GPU-aware startup — if no GPU is detected, skips straight to the CPU compose path instead of trying GPU first and failing
• "You're live" screen — explains what the agents are, what you're about to watch, and the correct commands to use after setup

Bug fixes

• Fixed PowerShell PATH string interpolation crash in install.ps1 on fresh Windows installs
• Windows script files (.bat, .ps1) now ship with correct CRLF line endings in the zip
• shell_exec exit code 1 treated as valid (grep finding no matches no longer fails the goal)
• task_queue: output_file completion check and depends_on sequential task chains

Release

• Hollow-agentOS.zip now attached to every release automatically via GitHub Actions

Installation

Download Hollow-agentOS.zip below, extract it anywhere, and double-click install.bat.

Requirements: Windows 10 2004+ or Windows 11 · ~15 GB free disk space · internet connection · NVIDIA GPU recommended (8 GB+ VRAM)
