Summary

AI summary

Fixed Linux setup failure where docker compose up produced a truncated error.

Full changelog

Fixes the Linux setup failure reported in #17 where docker compose up exited with a truncated, unactionable error.

Changes

  • Setup now creates all bind-mount source directories before starting containers (memory/dynamic_tools and design were previously missing — Docker errored out when trying to mount them on a fresh clone).
  • Compose stderr is no longer truncated to 80–300 chars. The full error is printed line-by-line so users can see the real cause.
  • New diagnostic for Docker mount-permission failures: when the error matches mounts denied, not shared from the host, error while creating mount source path, or host_mnt, the wizard prints actionable guidance.
  • On Linux specifically, an install path under /mnt/ or /media/ is detected and flagged — those locations are invisible to Docker Desktop's VM, and the message recommends moving to ~/hollow-agentOS or switching to native Docker engine.

The release zip is built and attached automatically by release.yml.
