Re-tag from a main that includes the #4399 AES-secret-key fix (the regression that failed v0.5.1121's cargo-test) plus the macos-x86_64 iOS-cross fix (v0.5.1121) and gtk4/android fixes (v0.5.1120). Marks the harmonyos/ink aspirational smokes continue-on-error so they can't re-block publish. This run should complete the full platform binaries + npm/brew/apt/winget publish.
