Editor polish: a searchable shortcuts panel, safer quitting, and a friendlier Option+Delete.

Searchable shortcuts panel. Ctrl+/ now opens a scrollable, searchable keyboard-shortcuts reference (built on the command palette) instead of toggling a static help bar.
Quit confirmation. Quitting (Ctrl+D / Ctrl+Q, or Ctrl+W on the last tab) warns when any tab has unsaved changes — press again to confirm, any other key cancels.
Option+Delete. ⌥⌫ now deletes the word backward, matching Ctrl+H.

Correct display width of Miscellaneous Technical glyphs (⌥ ⌫) so panel borders align.
Selected-row highlight no longer bleeds over the panel's right border.

The old toggleable help bar has been removed (the bottom hint line stays).
Linux static binaries (x86_64 + aarch64) and the signed/notarised macOS universal build are attached.
