Poznote 6.15.1

New expected feature: the ability to configure an email server (tested with Brevo) to receive an email when a note reminder is reached.

Added a setting to customize the date and time display format.

Improved the locking mechanism to prevent issues such as the following:

Removed the "Remember Me" option for OIDC authentication, as session lifetime should be controlled by the identity provider rather than the application.
Fixed a bug in mobile view where the formatting toolbar would not appear when editing and formatting text in a note.
