Replaced native browser confirm dialogs with K8sConfirmModal for deletion actions.

Kubernetes API Client Fixes

Fixed 415 Unsupported Media Type errors during scaling and restarting by updating patch methods to match @kubernetes/client-node API requirements.
Fixed 409 Conflict errors during resource updates by stripping immutable metadata fields (resourceVersion, uid, creationTimestamp, generation) and status before applying patches.

UI / UX Fixes

Fixed layout issues with Quick Action buttons (Replicas, Rolling Restart, Delete) wrapping incorrectly on smaller mobile screens.
