What changed

• Centralized the workbook semantic projection layer used by mutation proof and workbook readback paths.
• Synced agent-facing WorkPaper discovery docs for the current package release.
• Kept the release on the shared libraries train so @bilig/workpaper, @bilig/xlsx-formula-recalc, and the MCP WorkPaper tooling stay aligned.
