Fixes Apple Virtualization VM networking. pullrun-init now configures eth0 with a static IP (192.168.64.2/24), default route via NAT gateway, and /etc/resolv.conf. Previously the virtio NIC was left DOWN with no IP, causing ENETUNREACH on all traffic.
