Adds an in-app notice that Pulse v6 is available: a dismissible banner and a card on the Updates settings page, linking to the v6 upgrade guide and the v6 changelog.
Fixes guest disk alert migration identity.

v5 installs remain pinned to the 5.1.x line and will not update to v6 automatically; upgrading to v6 is a manual step covered in the upgrade guide.

Installation

If you run Pulse via Docker or Compose, update to rcourtman/pulse:5.1.36.
